Property Manager (Part-Time)

```Job Summary:```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 32 South Tampa residential properties. The Property Manager will be responsible for ensuring tenant satisfaction, managing leasing activities, and maintaining the overall appearance and functionality of the properties.

```Responsibilities:```
- Manage all aspects of property operations, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations
- Conduct property tours and effectively market available units to prospective tenants
- Screen and select qualified tenants in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring units are clean and ready for occupancy
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests
- Enforce lease agreements and address any violations or disputes in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations

```Qualifications:```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field
- Strong sales skills with the ability to effectively market available units
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of property leasing processes and LIHTC regulations is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to handle conflict management situations with professionalism
- Customer relationship management skills to build positive tenant relationships
