We have an opportunity for a professional, career minded, experienced, self motivated and dependable individual with experience in both multi family properties and hotels. Strong customer relation skills are a must. Should posses excellent leadership ability as well as be able to lead a strong team to success. Experience in all aspects of community operation with an emphasis on marketing, rent collection, budgeting and staff development. Minimum 3 years related experience. Strong computer knowledge with Word and Excel. AppFolio experience is a plus. There is potiential for growth within the company.
