SalaryManhattan Real Estate Firm seeks high-level, experienced Property Manager to oversee several aspects of its growing real estate portfolio.
Under the direction of senior management, Property Manager will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Tenant services
- Supervise staff
- Contracts & sub supervision
- Violations removals
- Filings with city agencies
- Overseeing capital improvements
Must be technically proficient, organized, diligent, and well spoken.
