Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage multiple communities to ensure operational efficiency and profitability.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets

- Travel to and conduct regular site visits to evaluate market readies, rents, delinquencies, and lease renewals. Hold team meetings. Ensure communities assigned receive necessary training and adhere to established company standards including customer service.

- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the region

- Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely completion and quality deliverables

- Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

- Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams, fostering a positive work culture

- Monitor and analyze financial performance, including profit loss, to make informed business decisions

Skills:

- Strong strategic planning abilities to develop and execute regional business plans

- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead teams, driving performance and results

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve financial targets.

- Lead and motivate a team of onsite managers and employees to meet performance goals.

- Monitor property operations, including leasing, collections, resident services, maintenance, administration, and policy and procedures to ensure compliance while supporting the community’s established goals and driving value.

- Identify and pursue new business development opportunities in the region.

- Coordinate and manage projects to ensure timely completion and quality deliverables.

- Implement process improvements to optimize operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Provide leadership and guidance to teams, fostering a positive work culture.

- Work with local managers to create and evaluate property budgets and performance goals as well as evaluating capital needs and planning capital projects.

- Participate in hiring and screening onsite staff and other operational staff.

- Assist Property Managers in resolving personnel issues regarding performance evaluations, employee disciplinary actions and / or performance issues.

- Coach, guide and direct local Property Managers. Provide managers with material and managerial support.

- Strong asset management analysis of property performance using Excel required, and advice as to the direction of markets and sub-markets in the region.

- Oversees weekly / monthly reporting to owners as well as any regulatory reporting.

Skills:

- Strong strategic planning abilities to develop and execute regional business plans

- Proven ability to effectively manage and lead teams, driving performance and results

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Demonstrated experience in business development, identifying and pursuing growth opportunities

- Proficient in process improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency

- Experience in Property Management Software.
