Property Manager

Experienced Property Manager needed for Alexandria/Pineville apartment community. Ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, positive attitude, and strong work ethic.

Skills needed:

*excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

*the ability to meet deadlines

Job duties:

*provide excellent customer service to all residents

*lease apartments

*process resident applications and prepare leases

*collect and process rent

*manage maintenance staff

*code and submit invoices for payment

Requirements:

*previous property management

*ability to walk the property and climb stairs

*possess a valid driver’s license and insurance

*pass background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Property Management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
