Property Manager

```Duties```
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the property, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
- Ensure that all units are occupied and rent is collected in a timely manner.
- Handle tenant inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure it is well-maintained and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors for repairs and maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including rent payments and expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial reports for property owners.
- Market available units to attract potential tenants.
- Conduct background checks on prospective tenants and verify their employment and rental history.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in property management or a related field.
- Knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Proficient in data entry and office software programs.
- Familiarity with property management software such as Yardi or OneSite is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to handle conflict situations and resolve issues diplomatically.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
