SalaryPOSITION DESCRIPTION – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT JOB SUMMARY:
The Property Management will assist the Rental Manager and the office Associates with managing their tenants and creating contracts.
REPRESENTATIVE EXAMPLES OF WORK:
- Property Management Responsibility:
- MLS Listings
- Eviction's
- Handle notices
- Rent relief.
- Section 8
- Rent increase.
- Cash for keys
- Rental Maintenace
- Must have 1 or more-year experience in Property Management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES
- Knowledge of office procedures and administration.
- Must have strong ability to user cloud-based systems and other business-related technologies such as MLS and CAR.org.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Effective verbal and listening communication skills.
- Effective written communication skills and organization skills
- Computer literate in office suite software
- Ability to work in the face of interruptions.
- Self-motivated and resourceful with the ability to multi-task
- Demonstrate sound work ethics.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $3,000.00 per month
