Property Maintenance / Handyman

Job description

Full-time position available in the Denham Springs area maintaining multiple properties, buildings and equipment. Candidate must be an enthusiastic, organized, self-starter. Must be able to work with little or no supervision.

Requirements:

· Ability to observe the property, prepare daily tasks list, and execute INDEPENDENTLY.

· Ability to operate and maintain basic lawn equipment (mowers, weed eaters, etc.).

· Ability to perform general building maintenance (painting, cleaning, etc.).

· Some knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry.

· Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.

• Must have a clean driver’s license.
• Must have ability to operate Truck & Trailer proficiently.
• Must be able to pass a background check.

***CDL and/or Heavy Equipment Experience a bonus***
