SalaryWe are currently hiring dedicated Apartment Maintenance Technicians to help service the needs of our residents and to help prepare apartments for new resident move-ins. The people we are looking for will be highly skilled technicians who pay attention to details. The ideal candidates will have a background in property maintenance.
The individuals joining our Team should have the following:
- Experience with repairs in electrical, plumbing and appliances
- Tools and reliable transportation (we can help you with tools purchase if needed)
- Some grounds maintenance duties will also be required
What you will do as a Maintenance Technician on our Team:
- Provide our residents with electrical, plumbing and appliance repair services in a friendly, courteous and expedient manner
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents move-ins
- Complete required paperwork such as inventory logs, service tickets and daily recap sheets

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
