- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience in a marketing role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to join our promotions marketing team for Amazon Ads. In this role, you will own operational excellence for customer-facing promotional offers. You will be responsible for partnering with our advertiser success team to address customer contacts and escalations, distribute funds to qualifying advertisers, and creating and maintaining high quality processes.
The ideal candidate for this role is excited about driving operational improvements to improve the customer experience. You are detail-oriented and passionate about process improvement and documentation. You are analytical and operate from a customer-first perspective to understand customer journeys and barriers. To be successful you’ll need to be a strong communicator who can earn trust with key stakeholders across multiple teams. You have a relentless focus on using customer data and insights to deliver bar-raising experiences.
Key job responsibilities
Distribute funds to qualifying advertisers
Partner with the customer service team to resolve customer escalations
Develop and iterate on standard operating processes
Perform data analysis to uncover opportunities to improve processes and communications; share insights and recommendations with managers and partners

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $48,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
