We are looking for an individual who wants to be at the centre of all activities in relation to the Plant. You will look after the Plant Director and the Head of Quality from a day-to-day perspective, and also be involved in VIP visits and steering the BMW Plant Hams Hall Board.
WHAT AWAITS YOU?
As the Personal Assistant and Project Steerer, you will be responsible for the co-ordination and steering of project activities with different departments, supporting the Plant Director and departmental circles and facilitating workshops for the Plant Director and Plant executives.
You will manage both the Plant Director and Head of Qualities administration activities and events calendar and organise various VIP visits, meetings and events at Plant Hams Hall.
Your remit will include creating presentations on various technical and organisational topics for the Quality Department management circle.
Create and Facilitate communication of project related information for executives, employees, and external partners.
Report regularly on project status and facilitate meetings which includes coordination of agenda and taking minutes.
Provide support for quality management audits and reviews of service level agreements for the Plant and assume responsibility for additional projects as and when required.
Educated within a Business or PA qualification would be advantageous.
Proven experience within a PA, Project Management or Project Coordinator role is required.
Excellent time management, prioritisation, and attention to detail skills.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook with the ability to create PowerPoint presentations to a high level of professionalism.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal are essential as well as the ability to communicate at all levels.
A flexible approach to managing a varied workload with the ability to meet deadlines and work on multiple topics.
