You’ve seen our work around the Quad Cities and nationwide. Primary clients include museums, sports halls of fame, heritage sites, and corporate communication teams (to support both internal and external comms).
The Role:
We are looking for a Project Manager who will also assist with marketing, who has a mix of business acumen, customer perspective, leadership, collaboration skills and marketing expertise.
Our ideal candidate has strong organizational skills that is comfortable working with both internal teams and directly interfacing with the client. We are a small team; this role is dynamic , fluid and varied and can be expected to evolve with our business needs. You will be tasked with managing projects from various clients, assisting the sales team with marketing content and lead generation, and also assisting with management and content creation for our company's social media accounts.
On a given day, you could be working with the internal team on branded videos for communications at a local manufacturing company, coordinating graphics for an interface at an exhibit in a national Hall of Fame, then having to pivot to working on an engaging social media post highlighting a recent project.
As a creative service organization, we pride ourselves in excellent customer service, attention to detail, meeting and exceeding client creative expectations. Your task will be to properly manage and facilitate the engaging creative we're known for producing. We are looking for a driven person who is willing to share their vision and voice at the brainstorming table.
Our ideal candidate has some these experiences and qualifications:
Project Management:
- Previous experience in project management, especially within a creative production environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Ability to manage timelines, budgets and resources effectively.
Sales Support:
- Strong understanding of the sales process and experience providing support to a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and support.
- Ability to sell our services to clients is a plus.
Marketing and Creative Skills:
- Background in marketing, advertising or a related field.
- Understanding of creative tools. Our company uses the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understanding of branding and the ability to maintain brand consistency across various channels.
Social Media Management:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for business.
- Understanding of social media trends and best practices.
- Ability to create engaging content and coordinate social media campaigns.
Creativity:
- A creative mindset with the ability to generate unique ideas and concepts.
- Experience working in a creative production environment, such as video, design, or advertising.
Adaptability:
- Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Flexibility to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced creative industry.
Team Collaboration:
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including creative professionals, sales and management.
The day-to-day:
- Manage projects that include digital, video, interactives, web, and print aspects. This includes facilitating internal and external communications, tracking timelines and budgets, ensuring the proper content is distributed to the creative teams and working the collective team to handle priorities and schedules.
- Create estimates for new projects using both client and internal team input.
- Develop sales materials for the current sales team utilizing our internal creative resources. You will work with the sales team to identify areas of opportunity and then drive the initial content development which will be ultimately developed by the internal creative team.
- Create new social media content. This will be accomplished in multiple fashions, both from a more candid approach that may require using a phone camera to working with the internal creative team to produce more polished content.
- Engage in client facing meetings regarding potential and existing projects.
You bring:
- 3+ years in project management, advertising or marketing
- Strong technical skills
- Leadership capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, G-Suite or ability to learn and adapt quickly
- Teamwork and collaboration skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
