About All One Venture LLC-

(A1V for short) is the premier Event Infrastructure provider in the DC/Metro area including but not limited to the Shenandoah Valley, parts of West Virginia to the eastern shore of Maryland. We specialize in event/movie power, site lighting and temporary HVAC for tents as well as providing Utility Vehicles and Event Golf Cart Rentals through our sister company Royal Cart Rental LLC. We are a new and fast-growing small business because of our attention to detail, ability to create out of the box solutions for our clients and providing a dependable service.

Weekly Task-

· Typical weekly task is to deliver and pick up equipment as well as install/remove equipment on a pre laid out schedule.

· Meet haulers and crew to install larger events.

· Lead installations, know the equipment we rent and become well versed in codes/regulations.

· Meet with customers and communicate with customers in the field.

· Trouble shoot down or trip electrical equipment.

· Advocate safety to crew and labor

· Clean/prep equipment for deliveries

· Onsite Tech and troubleshoot issues.

· ****this is a 24 hour position, you will be asked to work late nights, early mornings and weekends.****

Must Haves-

· Fluent with computer skills- word, excel, outlook.

· Answer the phone clearly and be responsive.

· Trouble shooting skills.

· Timely and well presented.

· Able to work in stressful situations.

· Good driving record

· 21 or older

· Ability to tow a trailer and back up a trailer.

· Lift 60lbs multiple times

· Run a crew of 1-5 people.

· Ability 24 hours/7 days a week when scheduled.

· Use an iPhone to send pictures and access tickets.

· Ability to speak English.

Pay/Compensation

$18-$30 per hour, over time at time and half. Pay is graded on CDLs, ability to pass federal background checks, rental history, driver experience, electrical experience, hvac experience, mechanical experience, 90-day trial before raise.

Provided-

Company Phone, phone app access, company branded clothing, safety clothing, company vehicle during and gas card for day-to-day operations (not a take home).

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 100 per week
