The Project Manager/Estimator will oversee all aspects of projects. This will include setting deadlines, assignment of responsibilities, as well as monitoring and summarizing the progress of the projects being managed. The successful Project manager will work directly with Tendit clients to ensure that each project is completed within the applicable scope and budget. They will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of their projects are completed.
WhatYou Will Do:
- Coordination of internal resources and third parties or other vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all work is delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Development of a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress of projects.
- Management of changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using approved verification techniques.
- Measurement of project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Reporting of project issues and escalate to management as needed.
- Management of the relationship between the client and all stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Meet with clients to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
- Delegate project tasks based on individual team members' strengths, skill sets and experience levels.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
- Use and continually develop leadership skills.
- Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency.
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs.
What You Will Need:
- Must be at least 18 years of age or have 3 years of driving history
- Must have valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable MVR
- Bachelor’s degree in management, construction, or other related field or a minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction Project Management and oversight of multiple simultaneous projects
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Proficiency in the English language, bilingual preferred
- Prior Management/Leadership experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Computer proficiency with experience in Microsoft Office, Bluebean Revu, or other related Project Management software is preferred

- Self-motivated with ability to lead a team, prioritize, and delegate appropriately
- Strong partnership and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders with curiosity to understand the business
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a process improvement mindset
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit, stand, kneel, crouch and walk for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally (Team lift or utilizing equipment)
- Requires driving between company or customer locations
- Travel within the Denver Metro Area
