We have invested countless hours and resources into updating our brand and entire 40,000 square foot showroom to accommodate the latest in design and furnishing trends. This individual will manage and ensure the components leading to a timely project completion of all residential and commercial projects led by Interiors by Design located in Bismarck, North Dakota. This newly created position will be responsible for the oversight of a successful project to include: Collaboration with sales team on applicable projects, creating a specific Project Manager template to track progress of project team, follow products to be used from time of order through delivery to customer/job site, communicate delays/progress reports with all key stakeholders, partner with finance to ensure timely billing and paying of AP/AR invoices, work with shipping/receiving on orders received/in-stock/damaged to support optimal warehouse organization.
Other functions include: Assembly and leading periodic meetings with customers to ensure timely project completion, visits to job sites, managing suppliers and their respective order/shipping status
Proficiency In: QuickBooks, Microsoft Office and Project Manager program of choice
Position Requirements Include: High School Graduate, Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills, Customer Service Focus and Effective Team Player
