JOB PURPOSE
We are looking for dedicated Project Manager for our Fort Walton Beach location. A Project Manager coordinates all aspects of each project created from sales leads. This position requires excellent communication and organizational skills and a high attention to detail. The best PMs are genuinely excited to help customers create their dream kitchen and are well versed on current trends. Theyre determined and organized, which is required in this fast-paced environment. Project Managers measure, design, sell, create orders and coordinate the project from start to finish. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reading blueprints is a must. Knowledge of the construction industry and design software (20/20 design) is preferred.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage and oversee sales projects from initiation to completion.
Maintain and develop project schedules, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Prepare and present project proposals to clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities.
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Ensure adherence to project budgets and cost control measures.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Coordinate projects start to finish - meet, measure, design, quote, sell

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Computer Literate (Outlook, Excel, Word, Adobe, etc.)
