Job Description
Location: Office: Jacksonville, FL 32216 (Phillips Hwy between University and JTB). Job sites are located mainly within ~30 miles of Jacksonville.
About the Position:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager in the WWTP construction domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of the water/Wastewater Treatment domain, coupled with a rich history in construction project management, particularly within a self-performing contractor setting.
Manage and oversee water/Wastewater Treatment projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate and oversee all construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Interface with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progression.
Responsible for project financials, ensuring profitability and managing project budget.
Utilize Primavera P6 scheduling software for project timelines and milestones.
Leverage software tools such as Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore/Prolog, or similar for project management and reporting.
Regularly visit job sites (1-2 times per week) to ensure standards, timelines, and quality are met.
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in managing WWTP construction projects for a self-performing contractor.
Experience in related fields such as petrol/chemical, paper mills, other industrial plants, pump stations/lift stations can be considered as supplementary experience.
Minimum 4 years as a Construction Project Manager with an emphasis on structural concrete.
Prior work history with a self-performing construction company, responsible for every aspect of the build.
Prior financial profit/loss responsibilities for projects.
Experience with Primavera P6, Bluebeam, HCSS, Procore/Prolog or equivalent software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary ranging from $95,000 to $130,000.
