Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact and manage the relationship with the client and stakeholders.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal team members, provide status updates, and escalate to management as needed.
• Conduct regular status meetings with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any issues or risks
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Software Project Management
• Excellent Communication skills in English
• Experienced in agile management
• Outstanding analytical thinking and technical skills
• at least 2 years of team-leading experience
• Service-minded and energy-driven
• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills
• High stress tolerance and adaptability
• Using project management tools. (experience with JIRA is a plus)
• Flexibility to travel to client site as needed
• Project Management certification is a preferred
