Job DescriptionThe Project Manager role at Parfums Christian Dior, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within scope, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, capable of managing cross-functional teams and delivering successful project outcomes. The role emphasizes the importance of both internal and external partnerships to drive the brand's success within the Ulta channel.
Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Define project scope, goals, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Create and manage project budgets, monitoring expenses and adjusting plans as needed.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to address potential project challenges.
- Establish and implement quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet specified standards.
- Provide regular project updates and reports to keep stakeholders informed of progress.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including plans, reports, and meeting follow up.
- Collaborate with team members to address conflicts and challenges within the project.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in project management.

Qualifications- 3-5 years of relevant Beauty industry experience within the US Market.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
- Visual merchandising knowledge is a plus, showcasing an understanding of design principles and retail aesthetics.
- Established proficiency in a fast-paced environment with time constraints
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Results-oriented with a focus on delivering successful project outcomes.
