What do our Aquatic Project Managers do?
Functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Organize, plan, and schedule all lake management projects.
- Obtain all permits needed to perform designated management programs.
- Present at professional client/town meetings.
- Provide the team with clear directors and project goals.
- Keep track of project timelines and make sure that projects are completed within the estimated duration.
- Make sure equipment is maintained and well equipped to complete the job.
- Responsible for editing and approving all reports and management programs prior to submittal.
- Occasionally aid the team in the field.
What do you need?
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree in a related science
- 5+ years’ experience in a related field
- Has obtained all state and federal licenses needed
- Aptitude in using various hand tools
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to swim
- Ability to trailer and operate all aquatic vessels independently
- Advanced knowledge of aquatic vegetation and proper management programs used
- Advanced knowledge in GPS and GIS technology
- Strong leadership skills
- Works with very little supervision
- The work requires strenuous physical exertion and the employee may be required to drive, stand, walk, bend, climb, kneel and crouch for extended periods of time, as well as see, talk, hear and use hands and arms to grasp, handle, reach and feel.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in a repetitive manner.
- Ability to obtain and maintain licenses/certificates as required by federal, state and local regulations
- Must possess a valid driver’s license

Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
