Job Purpose: Position leads multiple cross-functional project teams consisting of matrixed or direct reporting relationships to meet or exceed Transmission and Substation safety, reliability, financial, and schedule goals while ensuring compliance with all environmental and regulatory requirements for assigned company projects. Generate product schedules based on stakeholder input and maintain adherence to them to meet in service dates. Review actual spend compared to forecast spend based on project schedule progress for assigned projects. Required Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelors Degree - Engineering - 3+ years experience in project management - Competent ability with analysis and problem solving, commercial skills, communications, integrity and compliance, leadership, process/project management, and professional skills Preferred Qualifications: - Project Management Professional (PMP) Registration Primary (Essential) Job Functions: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented as necessary by the company.) - Coordination with project engineering, construction leads, transmission system planning, as well as other departments throughout the company - Develop and update project schedules, budget forecasts, and cash flows - Lead meetings associated with assigned projects - Update business unit leadership on project status - Assess potential Transmission and Substation projects for feasibility - Receive coaching from higher level Project Managers and management - Communicate project specifications to internal and external personnel at all levels - Management of multiple complex projects successfully at any given time - Project sponsor for Total Safety Culture for assigned project teams - Ability to meet attendance and storm duty requirements - Ability to work extended hours Secondary Job Functions: - Performs other job-related duties as assigned Job Standards: Performance will be based on successful completion of all job functions up to the productivity standards and timeframes established and directed by Management. Additional Job Details 1.Design training content and update training documentation for Salesforce features based on adult learning principles and instructional design best practices, collaborating with OCM and Marketing and Communications. 2. Facilitate training to FPL Employees and external vendors at all levels, both on-site and remotely, using various delivery modes including e-learning, classroom, and blended solutions. 3.Provide Salesforce support through phone, email, and virtual training as needed. 4.Define training success measures and monitor progress towards achieving them. 5. Conduct refresher training sessions to reinforce knowledge and skills. 6. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including Product Managers, Program Managers, IT Delivery Leads, IT Program Managers, Architects, Agile Teams, and OCM, to ensure training methods meet Power Delivery's needs.7. Work with Product Owners and OCM to assess feature training needs for Salesforce end users. 8.Update and refine existing or create new training materials to address identified training needs. 9.Continuously evaluate and improve training effectiveness based on feedback and performance metrics. 10. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to ensure training content remains relevant and up-to-date. Salesforce Field Service experience, and Prosci Change Practitioner Certification preferred. Will Per Diem and Mob/De-Mob expense types be available for this requisition?
