THE ROLE: Project Manager, Training and Enablement

Job Summary:

As a Project Manager of Training and Enablement, you will:

• Plan, contribute, and lead ETEP onboarding events for new Presidio presales and engineering resources on a monthly basis
• Assist in the development and the maintenance of training content
• Meet with key business units to understand training needs and goals
• Act as one of the system administrators for Brainshark and other learning platforms for user access, setup, enrollments, and progress reporting.
• Manage internal projects to help drive internal project for the Engineering Organization to completion.
• Manage and provide progress reporting to presales and engineering leaders on key initiatives.
• Create and send professional email communication relevant to key initiatives
• Manage and update content in SharePoint portal and MS Stream channels.
• Contribute and develop relevant content for Monthly newsletter
• Promote subscription-based training platforms to Presidio leaders to ensure utilization of investment.
• Assist in developing skills and Enablement programs to align with ETEP mission
• Work on special projects as needed.

Travel Requirements:

In this role you will be expected to travel up to 5-10%. It will be based in any US Location.

• Demonstrated ability to organize and coordinate all project activities led by him/her from project planning, execution, completion and tracking results without intervention
• Ability to manage numerous tasks simultaneously while also utilizing time management skills to stay “forward” thinking on the bigger tasks at hand
• Ability to connect and network within Presidio as a valued internal resource
• Understand the internal Presidio organization, structure, resources, and key stakeholders to ensure buy in and support for initiatives.
• Ability to be socially perceptive and be attentive to other’s reactions and why they respond as they do
• Effective manage of the people engaged on projects to ensure timely completion, including motivating, directing, and identifying the best people for the task
• Strong content creating skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint with an artistic perspective
• Ability to learn and manage spaces and events in WebEx and Microsoft

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
• 5+ years of experience working as a Project Manager directly with customers (internal or external) including Technology, Marketing and/or Communications projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (including Excel, Microsoft, PowerPoint, and SharePoint)
