Job Description:
PURPOSE OF JOB: The Project Manager plays a lead role in the seamless execution of projects at Doylestown Hospital, ensuring that initiatives are completed on time, within budget, and to the specified quality standards. This position involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including medical professionals, leadership, administrative staff, and other associates.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Manages identified projects as well as works with hospital personnel to develop ideas into projects.
- Develops and implements comprehensive project plans that merge identified need with target and timeline.
- Utilizes software programs for data pulls and analytics for projects.
- Monitor project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, including meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve future project management strategies and processes.
Maintains a willingness to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic, global environment that emphasizes multiple priorities.

Meets regularly with hospital department representatives to ensure project objectives are in line with changing departmental and organizational needs.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis, establishing and maintaining relationships to ensure effective project execution.
Communicating effectively with management and executive-level staff

Provides coordination from project inception through project completion

Manages projects technical aspects by organizing, instructing, directing and checking the progress of projects team members.
Meets with appropriate personnel to ensure that project tracks to projected goal date.
Continues to monitor and assist with advancement of project to ensure project meets timeline and financial goals.
Prepares project status reports
Utilizes software programs for data pulls and analytics for projects.
Maintains competence in necessary software to ensure project accuracy and completeness.
Analyzing, synthesizing, and interpreting data to inform department manager recommendations.
collaborates with other departments to ensure data accuracy.
Utilizes technology to ensure all parties are informed of project schedule and budget.
Monitor project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals, including meeting budgetary objectives and making adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope, and within budget, including the allocation of resources and coordination of efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants.
Implement strategies to minimize project risks, including the identification and mitigation of potential threats to the success of the project.
Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements to improve future project management strategies and processes.
Conducts post project analysis to identify future opportunities as well as strategies to overcome barriers.
Maintains a willingness to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing, dynamic, global environment that emphasizes multiple priorities.
Detail oriented and can prioritize during busy periods

Job Qualifications:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- < >: Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field desired, Bachelors' Degree required. PMP certification preferred, Willingness to obtain PMP if not certified at time of hire.
Experience: Five years' experience in a healthcare setting. Experience to include project mgmt., data abstraction and analysis required. Experience with timely completion nd delivery of projects.
Other Skills: Mastery of Electronic Health Record, Microsoft Suite, Power Point required. Experience with Project Mgmt software preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be extremely organized and have the ability to be flexible.
