THE ROLE:
In this role, you will design, implement, document, manage, and roll-out a Project Management (PM) office to work across all company divisions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Drive workflow design, documentation, and system optimization initiatives
- Manage ongoing projects across all company departments
- Train and mentor Associate PMs to follow established project management processes
- Design and optimize PM tools and processes for company-wide use
- Report on major initiatives and evaluate key performance measures to board level executives
- Optimize project deliverables by understanding key business drivers and workflows
You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a week at our corporate office.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $115, 200.00 - $147,000.00 annually.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- 5+ years of experience project managing in the healthcare industry
- Strong technical background with experience in project management methodologies, software development processes, data analysis tools, and revenue forecasting
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and manage expectations
- Strong leadership skills to guide teams through complex projects, manage resources and timelines effectively, balance competing priorities, and ensure quality results
- Strong analytical skills to work with large data sets, analyze complex data, identify trends, and develop insights to drive decision-making
