What you will be doing:
Take charge of several multi-million dollar roadway projects for the California and Nevada transportation departments.
Oversee and manage all aspects of project execution, including budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, and risk management.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Ensure compliance with federal and governmental regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and milestones.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to senior management and stakeholders.
Foster a collaborative and productive work environment among project team members.
Report directly to the CEO and collaborate with other Project Managers to ensure alignment and consistency across projects.
What you must have:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management required. PE designation is preferred but not required.
Proven experience managing large-scale roadway projects, preferably in the federal or governmental sector.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
