In this role, the Project Manager will work specifically with the Nevada Goldmine Complex and will play a crucial role across different divisions in project coordination, client relationship management, and will be a key player in ensuring continued EHS and operational excellence.Minimum Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field OR 7 years of applicable experience in the Drilling Services/Mining Industry.* Proven track record of successful project management and coordination in the Drilling Services Industry.* Strong technical understanding of Drilling Services in its entirety, to include different drilling disciplines.* Extensive background in Environmental Health and Safety.* Excellent leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire a safety-focused team culture.* Must have strong problem-solving capabilities with a proactive and collaborative approach to address challenges.* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, team members across divisions, and other stakeholders.* Demonstrated ability to navigate difficult conversations while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.* High level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions, with a commitment to upholding company values* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.* Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects/tasks.Responsibilities* Builds and maintains a strong relationship with the client and all operations personnel.* Handles difficult situations with professionalism to find effective solutions to challenges to ensure client satisfaction.* Acts as a liaison between the Company and the client to ensure all needs are met across all drilling disciplines.* Coordinates regular meetings with the client to review needs and objectives while championing the operations teams and the Company.* Leads and influences team culture focused on safety and driving improvements.* Influences a sense of continuity among divisions with a client-focused approach.* Collaborates with teams to ensure EHS and other compliance standards are being met across divisions - to include site inspections/inductions, FLRAs, etc.* Anticipates problems, barriers, or conflicts and works with operation leadership and the client to implement solutions.* Approaches areas for improvement with a sense of teamwork and collaboration.* Ensures relevant operational systems, processes and practices exist, are understood, and applied consistently throughout the NGM Complex.* Connects the interface between operational requirements and EHS systems, processes, and practices so that statutory, company and client requirements are met.* Provides guidance on operational and safety requirementsCompensation, Benefits and PerksTalented people are attracted to companies with long-term success and a supportive workplace culture that encourages work-life balance.
