Job Description:
DesignerAdvantage is currently seeking professionals for project management and expediting. This entails managing all components of ordering goods for clients in the high-end home furnishings industry. This process includes communicating and collaborating with various external vendors, internal financial account managers, and interior design firms to ensure successful completion of projects. The unusual level of responsibility that comes with this position makes it both challenging and highly rewarding.
The primary responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Managing all aspects of the placement and tracking of purchase orders for interior designers. Communicating with interior designers and vendors throughout the purchasing process. This includes but is not limited to the following:
Placing new orders with vendors.
Ensuring all details on orders are accurate and correct.
Communicating with our clients and vendors daily, checking in on order statuses.
Tracking order shipments and deliveries.
Sending weekly reports to clients.
Managing damaged orders and returns.

Bachelor's Degree
Additional but not required qualifications:
Experience with Salesforce
Industry experience and knowledge
Background in business, project management or related field
