Location: Flexible – offices in Seattle, WA and Los Angeles, CA
Salary: $75,000 - $85,000

The Mission Control team are our qualitative gurus and logistics coordinators. Unique to Hypothesis, this dedicated team works closely with our Client Services team, managing everything from costings to screener development, vendor selection and coordination, recruitment of high-quality respondents, and ensuring top-notch field management for both Hypothesis and our clients. Despite its small size, this team plays a vital role in delivering exceptional experiences.
What You’ll Do:
- Participate in RFP brainstorms or client calls, think through methodologies, collect and input costs to qual cost sheet and share with project teams/senior management
- Manage recruitment process: develop screener, conduct field briefings with vendors and internal teams, monitor recruitment progress, and solve for issues
- Manage the recruitment process with international partners that will require evening and weekend work if the project requires it.
- Be a thought partner from RFP to project completion with Client Services teams/senior management, providing actionable ideas/approaches to move a project forward successfully
- Coordinate rescreening of respondents and conduct rescreening when needed. Reviewing rescreening notes to determine if we have the best participants.
- Set-up and facilitate online methods (bulletin boards, video journals, etc.) with assistance from Senior team members
- Manage 5-8 projects at a time (depending on complexity)
- Manage project logistics; distribution of respondent materials (e.g. homework, product, etc.), facility set-up, technology, and incentives
- Conduct initial review and entry of vendor invoices
- Build and maintain strong vendor/partner relationships across markets
- Maintain resources database and participant tracking
- Assist senior team on larger more complicated studies as needed
What You Have:
- 5+ Years of experience in qualitative costing, recruiting, and project field management
- Strong qualitative screener development skills
- Strong understanding of the different qualitative methods and how to apply these methods against the client and project objectives
- Excellent creative thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management skills
