Servpro is an industry leader in property damage restoration with more than 2,200 locations nationwide. We
specialize in fire, water, mold, and biohazard cleaning. Our local franchises serve Lehigh County and the
surrounding areas.
Position Description:
We are seeking a Contents Project Manager to join our growing Contents division. The Contents division works inside damaged properties to recover and restore customer belongings. The Contents Project Manager is responsible for independent planning and oversight of assigned projects. This individual reports directly to the Contents Division Manager.
The ideal candidate for this role has previous management experience and is willing to learn the ins-and-outs of the property damage restoration industry.
Compensation:
A Base Salary of $55,000
Inclusion into the Contents Project Commission Program upon successful review after the (90) day
probationary period
Summary of Responsibilities:

• Manage customer experience and satisfaction by communicating clearly with customers, resolving concerns, and providing exceptional service
• Schedule and coordinate crews and resources efficiently to meet project timelines and budgets
• Develop project scopes of work, write estimates, and oversee project documentation for accuracy
• Oversee and manage crew and subcontractor performance to ensure work quality standards are met
• Manage project expenses, including labor, operational costs, and procurement of supplies
• Evaluate project profitability and maintain proper documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in project management or related field
• Strong communication skills and ability to liaise with customers effectively
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage resources and budgets efficiently
• Experience in developing project scopes of work, writing estimates, and overseeing project documentation
• Ability to lead and coordinate teams effectively to achieve project goals
• Knowledge of project management principles and best practices
• Proven track record of managing project expenses and evaluating project profitability
