Title: Project Manager - Marketing III (Advanced)

Location: Rahway, NJ (Hybrid)

Duration: 12 Months with high possibility of extension

This is a Hybrid role and candidate needs to be onsite three days a week.

Important Note : You will work in the commercial organization and play an integral role in overseeing the launch management of new, potential first-in-line assets that tackle highly unmet needs among cancer patients worldwide.

Client is seeking a Project Manager to join the Global Marketing Oncology – New Products Team.

Utilizing industry best practices, the ideal candidate will lead project management efforts by implementing a strong governance framework; identifying and managing risks; and overseeing delivery cadence, tracking, and communication. In this highly collaborative position, you will support multiple functions, including Market Access, Brand Strategy, Insights and analytics (HHDDA), Medical Affairs, and Precision Medicine / Biomarker Strategy. This role reports to the Director of Global Marketing, IO New Assets Coformulations.

Pharmaceutical background is required .

• BA Required; MBA/equivalent Master's-level education a bonus.

• 5-7+ years of pharma and commercial experience; Oncology experience preferred

• 5-7+ years of strong project/program management skills and delivery

• Demonstrated history of supporting or managing projects with transformational impacts to deliver intended, measurable value

• Proven track record of effectively driving and supporting implementing approaches to grow the brand and overall business while facilitating a growth mindset among team members

• Strong MS Office Skills and comfortable learning and using other needed software/platforms.

• Lead and deliver project management in support of critical Oncology initiatives

• Develop and maintain program roadmaps for initiatives

• Track progress of functional teams against brand and organizational priorities in support of

• Create communication plans and materials for cross-functional collaboration

• Identify and apply opportunities for performance optimization through plans that accelerate execution, drive efficiencies and support brand and organizational goals
