Through project planning & value engineering, site preparation, erosion control, grading, concrete, utilities as well as stone base and asphalt paving, we put the final touches on the site work. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Manager/ Estimator, located in Rochester, NY. The Project Manager/ Estimator will be responsible for managing and overseeing construction projects, preparing estimates for jobs, and ensuring that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients. The Project Manager/ Estimator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, architects, and construction workers, to ensure successful project execution.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management or estimating for construction projects
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction processes, practices, and equipment
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Advanced proficiency in project management tools and software, such as Microsoft Project, InSite, Bid to Win.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
