Hospitality Furnishings and Design (HFD) specializes in providing quality Interior Design Services, Project Management and FF&E procurement to the hotel & hospitality industry. We wish to add to our professional team a FULL TIME REMOTE Project Manager. Applicant must live in the United States or Canada.

Role Overview
The Project Manager will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget while working towards a target completion date.
The Project Manager’s responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. He/she will oversee all aspects of projects such as setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and summarizing the progress of projects. The Project Manager will be called upon to prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of projects.
Job Responsibilities
· Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.
· Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
· Perform various audits throughout project’s life to ensure information in quotes, design presentations, submittals, project schedules are accurate.
· Keep clients informed weekly on the status of their project deliverables and product deliveries.
· Keep open communication with clients to stay abreast of the status of the on-site construction progress and make strategic delivery schedule changes based on construction progress.
· Perform risk assessments, negotiate, and resolve conflicts in a manner that protects the interest of Hospitality Furnishings & Design, our customers, and our vendors.
· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
· Keep Project Management and Order Systems up to date
· Pitch in with general office duties to keep things running smoothly.
· Other duties as required.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
· Minimum 3-5 years of Project Management related experience preferably in the Construction, Interior Design, or Hospitality industry.

· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
· Solid organization skills including attention to detail.
· Proven ability to juggle multiple accounts/projects at a time in various stages of the project life cycle.
· Strong listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Effective Critical Thinking
· Ability to work within a project team – delegating tasks and/or completing tasks to ensure project team is meeting overall project objectives and timeline.
