Experience in environments requiring direct Customer interaction during specifications, development and project implementation phases. Competent in streamlining & improving existing systems/processes, envisioning new methodologies, future trends and driving development, direction and accomplishment, also having the ability to support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance with strong communication and relationship management skills

Scrum calls and experience in few key areas like Project planning, planning, tracking, monitoring, risk management, staffing, client, onsite client handling experience, customer handling experience, product management, stakeholder management, Risk management, resource management, team management, “status reporting”, sprint, escalation. - Agile, scrum
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience in managing projects with teams of over 10 people.
- Strong enterprise business application design and development experience with global fortune 500 companies.
- Proven experience in managing projects.
- Experience in growing the Account.
- Expert in delivering projects on budget, schedule, and quality.
- Expert in creating project schedules, tracking and monitoring projects.
- Experienced in identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risk.
- Expert in managing customer expectations.
- Work with BA, technical team to have detailed WBS and drive project deliverables.
- Experienced with Project estimations, budgeting, and SOWs.
- Able to work collaboratively with different groups outside of Global Services to ensure customer success.
- Passionate about customer success
- Take initiative, participate and drive BU initiatives.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering/Business.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Should have a functional and technical bent of mind.
- Strong comprehension, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good experience of Agile or Scrum
- Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal) are mandatory.
