CH Projects Dept. of Interior is hiring an entry-level Assistant Project Manager for a fall internship.
We are a restaurant and bar group first. Hence, we are always our own client, with the one-dimensional task of attempting to fill a cultural void in a city we love. If a project is successful, we will hopefully have built a community institution for years to come. We are looking for a multidisciplinary thinker who will assist our lead designers with design, technical design , and project management as we attempt to bridge the worlds of design, property development, and hospitality operations.
Qualifications:
A recent graduate or student entering their final year of an accredited Construction Management or Architecture program
A basic understanding of Commercial Construction:
Programs - Microsoft Excel
Construction - sequencing, means & methods, and tradesman coordination
Organization - keeping project documents, and plan coordination
Responsibilities:
Assisting construction team
Pricing - Coordinating and managing project budget
Subcontractor Management - work with different subs to execute design intent

Position is full time, in office or onsite at CH locations all around San Diego. This is a paid internship. Typically the rate for this position is $21/hr.
