Project Manager (Interdisciplinary)

About the Position: Serve as Project Manager responsible for overall planning, execution, control, closure of military, environmental, International & Interagency (IIS) projects. Projects typically involve planning, designing, constructing, and/or repairing buildings, hangers, roads, bridges, runways, medical facilities, utility systems, support infrastructure, etc. and often have multiple stakeholders, strict cost/schedule requirements, technical challenges, conflicting stakeholder priorities.Qualifications:Who May Apply: Only applicants who meet one of the employment authority categories below are eligible to apply for this job. Specialized Experience for GS-12: One year of specialized experience which includes knowledge and understanding of the full range of principles, guidelines, laws, regulations, concepts, and methodology associated with the Project Management Business Process; managing and leading the planning, scoping, developing, design, construction, and direction of civil works/military construction projects and/or environmental restoration projects; experience in preparing schedules and budget estimates, tracking and reporting progress against schedules and estimates. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). This experience must be demonstrated within your resume.
