  • Proactively identify needs and/or gaps within projects and tasks.
  • Work closely with the Head of Print to create a master project-management status document and take ownership of its consistent updates.
  • Effectively prioritize projects in the creative team project queue – adjusting timelines and resources as needed and helping art directors manage their workloads.
  • Ability to construct and manage project workback schedules for creative asset production throughout marketing projects of varying types and scopes, ensuring objectives and project deliverables are met and completed on time.
  • Provide status updates on projects and track progress with complete understanding of requirements and expectations.
  • Review final files to ensure all assets were delivered and nothing is missing.

Who You Are:

  • Flexible and quick to respond to changes in business priorities - comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Organized with a deep attention to detail.
  • A problem-solver who loves to create and improve processes’ efficiency and quality.
  • Curious – you like to gather information to move projects forward while working through ambiguity.
  • A proactive and solutions-oriented multi-tasker with a positive attitude towards challenges.
  • A strong communicator – clear, honest, complete, and able to give/receive feedback in a constructive manner.
  • A strategic thinker when it comes to negotiating project schedules, time management, educating stakeholders, managing expectations, and resolving issues.

Requirements
