The Information Security Project Manager (ISPM) works internally and with cross-functional teams to implement security controls across the enterprise and work as a liaison. The ISPM will have the ability to anticipate potential problems and plays an integral role in maintaining the integrity, availability and confidentiality of associated data and information systems. The ISPM leads projects related to security, infrastructure, development, and enterprise architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Enforcing Robert Half’s Information Security policy across the organization and building on the measured and managed risk-based security framework.
Acting as a liaison between the Security team and other teams: IT, Engineering, DevOps, SecOps, Business, and program managers to resolve any identified issues.
Managing the execution, implementation, and maintenance of Information Security projects.
Facilitating efficient communication across all levels of a project to ensure consistency in reaching the project's goal, and to help in the recognition of any potential opportunities, risks, or complications.
Documenting requirements and assisting with backlog grooming for the Information Security team.
Facilitating and/or managing Information Security risk assessments including, the process for proactively identifying, tracking, mitigating, and communicating risks.
Measuring and reporting to management on the effectiveness and efficiency of security activities.
Identification of security gaps, selecting appropriate tools, and managing implementation.
Assists the management staff in long range planning and development of information technology security strategies, systems, architecture, and policies.
Administering and implementing the company’s security information and event management (SIEM) projects within defined Metrics & Reporting Thresholds.
Administering and implementing the vulnerability management projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years project management experience with significant responsibility progression
PMP or equivalent work experience.
Experience with Project management and reporting tools (MS Project, Jira, SharePoint)
Proficient with agile methodology including Scrum and Kanban
Familiarity with Cybersecurity support functions such as Configuration Management, Incident Response, Contingency Planning, Disaster Recovery, and the like
Familiarity with network security, continuous monitoring, system auditing, and security policy development.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong customer service skills, including ability to listen, interpret and explain computer related concepts in non-technical terms.
Ability to manage priorities required, both individually and for a team
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple job duties, including personal time management and organization skills
A confident, dynamic individual capable of working with both technology and business contacts in a constantly evolving environment
Ability to build strong working relationships
Desire to multitask and solve problems efficiently and quickly
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a variety of people.
Proven ability to juggle and prioritize competing demands.
Proven ability to perform work conscientiously and with a high level of attention to detail.

The typical annual salary range for this position is shown below and is negotiable depending upon experience and location. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.
