Summary: The primary goal of the Project Manager is to demonstrate the value of our service to clients by reducing their overall cost by improving our operating efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the communication contact (internal and external) for the project.
Collaborate with the TS Directors to develop and implement a standard QA/QC program tailored to meet clients’ needs.
Communicate client job expectations to the field technicians and act as technician’s main point of contact for on-the-job issues.
Communicate client reporting and information expectations to the field technicians and maintain accountability amongst workers.
Create summary and KPI reports for the client and analyze with a Sr. Project Manager or Director to develop recommendations for the client.
Ensure lessons learned and customer requirements are catalogued and disseminated as appropriate.
Validate and approve technician time and expenses, including subcontractor invoices.
Work with accounting to assure proper/timely invoicing and financial tracking against budget or purchase orders.
Responsible for managing 5+ direct report employees. REQUIRED EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE Associate’s Degree or commensurate field experience. 3+ years experience with Bureau Veritas / TH Hill Associates in a QA/QC field technician role Previous team management experience. P
