Project Manager

Position Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, quoting, and proposing comprehensive CCTV systems using Bluebeam and quoting software. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and a keen ability to manage inventory, pull reports, and work efficiently in Excel, while working closely with field supervisors to prioritize and allocate resources effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Design CCTV systems tailored to meet customer requirements and specifications.

- Prepare accurate and competitive quotes using specialized quoting software.

- Propose comprehensive CCTV solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our systems.

- Manage inventory levels to ensure project materials are available as needed.

- Collaborate with the field supervisor to prioritize project work orders and allocate resources efficiently to meet project deadlines.

- Ensure projects are completed within budget, on schedule, and to the client's satisfaction.

- Pull reports and analyze data to support project planning and decision-making processes.

- Utilize Excel for data management, tracking project metrics, and preparing project-related documentation.

**Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role, with a focus on CCTV or related security systems.

- Proficiency in using Bluebeam and quoting software for designing and proposing systems.

- Strong understanding of inventory management principles and the ability to pull and analyze reports effectively.

- Advanced skills in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and creating complex spreadsheets.

- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, team members, and suppliers.

- A problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering effective solutions and achieving project goals.

- Relevant certifications or training in , CCTV system design, and Excel are highly

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
