Project Manager Estimator

The overall purpose of this position is

-          To work side by side with Owner to run and operate the business in a professional, reliable and successful manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES - the goals of this position are...

·         Estimating Projects.

·         Project Managing Projects.

·         Ensure the Project Scopes of Work are clearly communicated and understood to Superintendent as well as Field Crew.

·         Communicate with the Customer, Superintendent, Field Crew and the Office as necessary to ensure a smooth project

·         Keep 100% accurate Construction Documents on the job sites at all times.

·         Ensure all materials are on the job site prior to installation by the Field Crews

·         Be the “Problem Solver” for the Customer and Field Crews

DUTIES - the day-to-day tasks of this position are...

·         Review the Project Scopes of Work and maintain proper documentation of progress and Change Orders

·         Work with Superintendent to schedule the manpower required to meet the weekly production schedule

·         Order material for projects and coordinate delivery to the job sites

·         Schedule, conduct and report to the office the results of customer meetings

·         Upon job award develop a clear written scope of work and production schedule

·         Document and track all project progress in Fieldwire

·         Coordinate with the field crews and office staff all submittals required for each project

·         Review weekly job logs and production reports and submit to office for approval

·         Review Weekly job costing reports
