360 Talent Avenue has partnered with an award-winning, full service architecture and design firm located in Las Vegas, NV, to hire a Sr. Architectural Design Project Manager.
This position is a direct hire with our client.
What you’ll do:
Drive the successful design, production, and construction phases of projects on a day-to-day basis, while managing associated administrative and technical staff.
- Develop project plan, schedule, and budget to meet client contractual agreements
- Collaborate with PMs to secure necessary resources and staff to fulfill project needs
- Maintain client relationships, lead meetings, and coordinate communication through all project phases
- Manage communication and correspondence with external vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration
- Control project progress and take action as necessary to course-correct and stay aligned with budget and schedule
- Review all work produced by project team to ensure product quality, design, and technology meets client specifications and contractual requirements
- Assess project team members’ performance and provide feedback and mentorship to support individual growth and development
- Plan and maintain project reporting and documentation schedule
What you’ll need:
- 10+ years of architectural Project Management experience, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Licensed Architect preferred, but not required
- NAAB Accredited Architectural degree preferred, but not required
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of development
- Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills
