Responsibilities:
Collaborate with customers and fabricators on the design and construction of projects.
Prepare shop drawings and specifications.
Develop product designs from scratch.
Ensuring product designs meet required safety and structural standards.
Purchasing & sourcing of materials & vendors for your projects
Finalizing AutoCAD models
Project coordination and management
Perform construction-related services including (but not limited to) shop drawing reviews, response to requests for information, etc.
Presenting various design perspectives for construction improvements and adaptations.
Working hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills:
Familiarity with SolidWorks software
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or related field
Education:
Associate
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3+ years of advanced 2D AutoCAD experience is a MUST
Familiarity with structural steel and/or machinery design
Excel Spreadsheet proficiency
Excellent verbal and written communication
Associates degree
Must be able to work long hours as needed
