We are looking for a Project Manager who is passionate about executing high-visibility, high-impact projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for running a range of initiatives that directly improve the operation of our portfolio as well as the products our customers use. Working directly with the Portfolio Owner of Biopharma Consumables and the leadership team, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for R&D work, launch products, run budgets, coordinate strategic planning, and lead portfolio-wide objectives and communication.
From Day 1, you will have an immediate impact on our efficiency and the success of our in-development projects. The ideal candidate will have shown success in a project management role, with a special focus on interdepartmental collaboration and getting things done.
- Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Finance to complete development projects and launch new products
- Use and install formal tools to handle resources, budgets, risks and change during projects
- Originate initiatives that facilitate continuous improvement
- Serve as liaison with staff, senior leaders, and Portfolio Owner regarding portfolio status, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning
- Coordinate annual strategic planning as well as quarterly town halls
- Assist with strategically important initiatives such as partnerships and acquisitions
- Minimum BS in a Scientific field.
- Demonstrated ability in a scientific field
- Minimum of 3 years’ in coordinating multiple teams towards common objectives
- Strong organization, planning, and communication skills
