Project Manager

AD Solutions is a workplace technology and service company with offices in Orlando (headquarters), Jacksonville, Melbourne, and Tampa (coming soon). We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Facilities and Fleet Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of facilities management and fleet operations within our organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective use of our facilities and fleet resources, managing projects, and ensuring their successful completion. Responsibilities:

Facilities Management:

• Develop and implement strategies for the effective management and maintenance of our facilities.
• Oversee facility operations, including building maintenance, repairs, renovations, and security.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to facilities maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and codes pertaining to facility safety and operations.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting and cost control measures.

Fleet Management:

• Develop and implement strategies for the efficient management and maintenance of our fleet.
• Coordinate vehicle procurement, leasing, and disposal processes.
• Oversee fleet operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and fuel management.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to fleet maintenance, repairs, and services.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and vehicle maintenance standards.

Project Management:

• Lead and manage projects related to facilities and fleet, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
• Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
• Prepare project documentation, including reports, presentations, and status updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in facilities management and fleet coordination, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong Research skills and the ability to synthesize and convey key information to Executives and senior management in a concise manner.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and vendor management processes.

• Familiarity with maintenance scheduling, contract negotiation, and budget management.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and work with external stakeholders.

• Proficient in computer applications, including Google Suite, Microsoft, facility, and fleet management software.

• Knowledge of fleet management practices, including maintenance scheduling and record-keeping.

• Familiarity with preparing facilities for severe weather and the ability to implement necessary measures to secure facility and fleet assets.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices related to facilities and fleet operations.

• Valid Florida driver's license (required) and ability to travel to office locations
