Cedar Group is looking to welcome a Project Manager who has intimate knowledge of the Indigenous cultures of Alaska. Cedar’s projects range from business strategy and branding to video production and websites. As a Project Manager, you will utilize your unique insights and cultural understanding as you guide projects to success.
Project Manager Responsibilities:
Overall project management to include:
- Budget updates to client
- Capacity analysis internally
- Project entry into Monday.com software
- Ensure a deep understanding of client requests and the business they come from
- Billing and communication associated with client questions.
- Oversight of scheduling appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Oversight of travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail. Ensure their seamless and positive experience.
- Writing copy as needed for client-based projects.
- Digital filing and digital organization of Cedar work, contracts, and assets.
- Effectively manage workload to ensure timelines are met. Facilitating client project meetings and check-ins.
- Senior level report generation to provide a snapshot of current project status, as well as contributing to Cedar business reports.
Project Manager Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree in related field, or
● 5 years of proven experience in Project Management
● Deep understanding of the Indigenous cultures, traditions and values in Alaska
● Strong interpersonal skills, allowing you to build connections and collaborations with diverse stakeholders.
● Attention to detail.
● Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
