Pay Range $45hr - $51hr
Responsibilities:
  • Drive and manage processes required to identify and verify the scope, requirements, and components of the project to ensure clear project requirements are achieved so that delivery meets business expectations.
  • Define the scope of the project in collaboration with the client and then manage the delivery of contract requirements given the delivery schedule, budget, and resource availability.
  • Create detailed project timelines and work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully support the program.
  • Ensure project data, updates, and metrics are uploaded into appropriate project management technologies and applications in order to accurately predict project outcomes, team performance, and delivery of successful projects.
  • Establish a communication schedule to update internal and external stakeholders and appropriate project members on the current status of the project.
  • Work with the SVP to determine the resources required to successfully complete the project requirements.
  • Coordinate project kickoff meetings in collaboration with the SVP and Program Manager to review planning guidelines, align and engage all stakeholders, and set the tone for a successful project.
  • Execute and maintain the project according to the project plan/scope of work.
  • Develop and maintain the project schedule to identify the duration of the project, dependencies, key milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to ensure effective and timely project delivery.
  • Monitor the progress of the project and make adjustments as necessary to ensure the successful progression of the program.
  • Ensure all financial records for the project are current and project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet the required quality level.
  • Participate in active conversations and feedback sessions as well as conduct surveys to gather client feedback and determine customer satisfaction throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and the community to reinforce a commitment to world-class client service.
  • Work closely with Program Manager and SVP on deliverables, outcomes, coordination of budget, cost, and team performance.
  • Promote positive subcontractor relations with the project team by dealing professionally and fairly with all subcontractors and vendors at all times.
  • Manage all processes involved in budgeting, monitoring, and controlling costs in accordance with financial management guidelines.
  • Communicate effectively with field team members as well as keep them active in decision-making.
  • Retain clients(s) and ensure contracts are renewed.
  • Collaborate with MCA project team to ensure timely and successful delivery of all contract deliverables in accordance with contract requirements.
  • Ensure services are provided in accordance with contract requirements and support positive program outcomes.
  • Ensure client(s) are getting positive outcomes, including but not limited to, return on investment.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to and expand the contract.
  • Work with MCA managers to ensure the successful delivery of services according to customer needs and objectives.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for matters specific to the client.
  • Lead activities supporting client communications, issue resolution, and compliance on client deliverables.
  • Assist in tracking and monitoring projected and actual budgets to ensure services are provided within budget, informing the Senior Vice President of Client Services or Program Manager of any problems that may arise.
  • Review all deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
  • Communicate clearly the progress of client initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Assist with the timely resolution of client specific issues and escalate as needed.
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner, informing the Senior Vice President of Client Services or Program Manager of any problems that may arise.
  • Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
  • Communicate the client's goals and represent the client's interests to the MCA project team.
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and MCA team through updated written instructions, internal meetings, and meeting minutes, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
  • Understand MCA's capabilities and services and effectively communicate about the services to the client.
  • Is an effective team member; supports the team by pitching in at any level and effectively working across the organization to meet the needs of the business.
  • Takes ownership of personal actions and outcomes; encourages and empowers others to do the same.

Experience:
  • 10-15 years of project management or account program management in health care.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP) preferred.
  • Must be organized and analytical.
Education:
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent.
  • Advanced Degree Preferred.
