Job Description
Pay Range $60.50hr - $65.50hr
- Manage a comprehensive project plan that requires coordination with team members across multiple departments, Global HQ teams, business stakeholders, and IT partners.
- Coordinate working sessions with project team members on various topics that may require process mapping, gap analysis, and team solution.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and IT/vendor partners to ensure business objectives, requirements, and priorities are effectively communicated and accurately understood.
- Create project status content and present to various audiences ranging from project team members and Global executive leadership.
- Re-plan as needed, using a hybrid approach of agile and waterfall methodologies.
- 10 years of project management experience.
- Working knowledge of technical enterprise systems.
- Experience managing both technical and non-technical projects.
- Experience in working with business stakeholders and various levels of employees.
- Demonstrated leadership experience/capabilities.
- Must be highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Project.
- BS/BA achieved from an accredited university/college.
- PMP Certification, preferred.
