Project Manager

MAJOR PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:
Responsible for managing commercial dock projects from estimating through installation
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

• Estimate and/or review estimating to ensure accuracy based on product knowledge.
• Perform conference calls and Teams meetings as necessary to coordinate project details with installers, GC's, and/or other contractors involved in project.
• Work with designers to ensure accurate drawings based on job knowledge.
• Direct purchasing to ensure materials are ordered accurately and arrive on time.
• Continuously oversee production of project through all departments of shop
• Work with QC department to ensure quality of product.
• Oversee loading of trucks to ensure all pieces and parts are loaded and secured properly.
• Make site visits as necessary.

WORKING CONDITIONS:

• Some office / desk work as well as shop with no air conditioning
• Some exposure to weather outdoors
• Travel required up to 20% of time
