Title: Project Manager for Active Directory (AD)/Okta Project

Location: Remote – EST

Anticipated Duration: Contract to Hire

Our client is a leading provider of healthcare services, dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and innovative healthcare solutions. We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our Active Directory (AD) and Okta project, bringing specialized expertise to ensure the successful execution and integration of these critical systems.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager with a proven track record in managing Active Directory (AD) and Okta projects, particularly focusing on roles-based access. The ideal candidate will possess the expertise to navigate the complexities of our current AD/Okta transformation, while also managing the concurrent implementation of our new HRIS system, Workday. This role requires a blend of project management acumen, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the Active Directory (AD) and Okta change initiative, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, and external vendors, to drive project success and address any roadblocks.
• Integration Oversight: Manage the integration of AD/Okta with our new HRIS system, Workday, ensuring seamless transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and success.
• Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Documentation: Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant team members.
• Post-Implementation Support: Oversee the transition to post-implementation support, ensuring all issues are resolved and systems are functioning as intended.

Project Manager Required Skills and Experience:

• Project Management Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT infrastructure projects.
• Technical Expertise: Proven experience managing Active Directory (AD) and Okta projects, particularly roles-based access changes.
• HRIS Integration: Experience managing projects that involve HRIS updates or migrations, preferably with Workday.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate and resolve complex project challenges.
• Certifications: PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred.

Project Manager Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare industry or with healthcare-related IT projects.
• Knowledge of industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to IT security and compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $40.00 to $60.00 (dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location).
