The Project Manager’s role is to own and manage a full range of behavior change solutions and patient support programs (websites, digital humans, emails, etc.) for assigned brand(s) from concept to delivery with regard to timing, quality, and budget. The position requires meticulous record keeping, creative and flexible problem solving, and the vision and skillset to provide direction and vision throughout a project life cycle.
Project Management:
- Own and manage all projects from concept to deployment
- Responsible for ensuring all deadlines are met, the project budget is monitored, and stakeholders are informed of status at all stages
- Responsible for the creation of detailed project plans and timelines for all Digital projects
- Responsible for monitoring project financials
- Responsible for internal meeting documentation and follow-up with the team
- Solve project or client challenges in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Manage 3rd party vendor relationships and client IT, collaborating on timelines and identifying challenges and risks to keep on schedule
- Escalating issues through the proper channels before impacting delivery
- Works closely with agency technical resources to obtain and communicate technical specifications to internal and external development teams on digital projects
Business Management:
- Inform the Account Team on SOW development and Brief development
- Responsible for tracking actuals against estimates and maintaining budgets and burn reports
- Responsible for impact analysis for scope change on assigned projects and collaborates with Account Team to determine next steps
Internal Agency Skills:
- Develops strong relationships within the department and works as a team player
- Interacts in a professional manner with all employees in the Agency
- Effective escalation through project reporting to the supervisor
- Understands and operates within established Agency procedures
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of hands-on project management experience in healthcare communications in a client-facing role, ideally at a creative agency or similar
- Proven track record in driving creative solutions and digital content creation
- Experience working on large-scale digital projects with multiple parallel work streams and diverse teams (Tech, Strategy, Creative, Account, UX) across remote offices.
- High EQ and the ability to read what a team needs to help motivate them
- Self-motivated and driven to build and create great work
